  1. Begin by clicking the "Browse Your Organization" button.
  2. Select the district where your organization is located.
  3. From the list that appears, choose your organization. (If you cannot find your organization, please contact our helpdesk - 0112497900.)
  4. Accurately complete the form with the required administrative information and click on the "Generate PDF" Button.
  5. Download the generated PDF file and print it and ensure the document is signed by both administrators and the department head.
  6. Scan the signed document and email it to our helpdesk at "helpdesk@noc.gov.lk".
